Order Processing

             Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

             Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is processed.

             Peak Periods: During high-demand times (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We’ll notify you of any delays.

             Personal Use Only: All products are intended for personal use only, ensuring compliance with shipping and customs regulations.

 

Shipping Method and Cost

             Available Region: Shipments are currently available only to Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and Thailand.

             Shipping Fee: Orders are shipped via SF express and the shipping fee are charged based on the total weight of the package and other fees such as fuel surcharge, resource allocation fee. Some additional fees such as upstairs delivery may be charged by the courier company upon delivery. The maximum shipping weight is 20kg.

             Shipping Discount: For orders exceeding a region-specific amount in a single transaction, free shipping is available for orders under 10kg, and an 80% discount is applied to shipping for orders 10kg and over.

International Shipping and Customs

             Importer of Record: By ordering from Skin Extravagance, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the receiving country. 

             Liquid Product Restrictions: Products in liquid form (e.g., shampoo, bath oil, face wash) are currently only available for delivery to Hong Kong due to customs and delivery regulations and restrictions. Non-liquid products are available for international shipping.

             Customs and Taxes Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for all customs duties, including but not limited to taxes, clearance fees, import licenses, application processes, or additional charges incurred. We will not bear any liability, obligation, or responsibility for these costs or related expenses.

             Customs Delays: Customs clearance times vary widely by country and may take up to 1.5 months (e.g., in the U.S.). Contact your local customs office for details before ordering if you have concerns. 

             No Liability for Customs Issues: We are not responsible for any penalties, charges, delays, losses, damages, seizures, expenses, or any other issues resulting from customs actions or requirements, including but not limited to import duties, taxes, or documentation.

 

Third-Party Services

             Customer Pickup: If a local post office or courier requires you to pick up your package, you must collect it yourself. Skin Extravagance will not send replacement packages or issue refunds for uncollected packages. 

             No Liability for Third-Party Issues: Skin Extravagance cannot control third-party companies (e.g., local post offices, couriers) involved in delivery. We are not responsible for any liabilities, obligations, or responsibilities for any fees, charges, delays, delivery problems, mail loss, damage, or any other issues caused by third-party services, including but not limited to those listed.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

             Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you may request a replacement, refund or alternative compensation. For more details, please visit our Return and Refund Policy.

             Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within 30 days after receiving order confirmation and we have not notified you of any delay, contact us for a prompt resolution.

             No Liability for External Issues: We are not responsible for losses, damages, delays, seizures, expenses, or any other issues caused by customs or third-party services, nor for associated fees, licenses, or documentation requirements.

 

Other Terms

             Agreement to Third-Party Terms of Service: By ordering from Skin Extravagance, you agree to the Terms of Service and policies of the courier company and/or post office used for shipping.

             Shipping Information Accuracy: Please ensure all shipping information (e.g., recipient’s name, contact details, and shipping address) is accurate at checkout. Changes to the shipping address are permitted only before the order is shipped. Delays or losses due to incorrect information will be your responsibility entirely.
